The Liz Williams book is very good. I know you have absolutely no right to suggest future books if you didn't show up to the meeting, but I'd still like to throw out the Junot Diaz book, The Brief Wonderous Life of Oscar Wao. It'll probably be a while before it comes out in paperback, but I think it's in the groups wheelhouse.
